Reg Hageman teaches Health and Physical Education at Capital High School in Helena, MT. Prior to that Reg taught Physical Education in Santa Cruz, California and King City, California for 6 years. Reg holds a BS in Secondary Education from Dickinson State University where he played football and track for the Blue Hawks. Reg was born and raised in Jordan, Montana. Reg serves at the committee chair for Political Action and Advocacy.
Makenzy Kelch is currently vice president of Secondary Education for the SHAPEMT board. He is a recent graduate from The University of Montana Western with a BS in Physical Education K-12. He currently is a Physical Educator in Ronan High School and Middle School. Makenzy has served on the board as a UM Western Student Representative for the last two years.
Makenzy enjoys outdoor activities like fishing, swimming and spending time with friends and family.
Paulette graduated from Montana State University with a BS in Physical Education k-12. For the past 16 years she has been teaching Health Enhancement for Billings School Dist #2. She is currently SHAPEMT’s coordinator of Let’s Move Active Schools and Facebook facilitator.
Paulette loves running, crossfit, camping/boating, hunting and spending as much time as she can being active with her family and friends.
Tara Measure has been teaching health enhancement k-8 at West Valley School in Kalispell for the last 16 years. She graduated from MSU Bozeman. She is currently in her second year of serving on the SHAPEMT board. She also teaches aerobic classes including cardio boxing, Zumba, and cross training.
She loves participating with her family in the variety of outdoor activities that the Flathead Valley has to offer, including cross country and downhill skiing, rafting, hiking, and mountain biking.

Teresa Tolley is the Montana State University Student Representative. She is currently working towards her B.S. in Health Enhancement K-12. Teresa is on track to graduate from MSU in the fall of 2018. Teresa enjoys coaching her daughter's soccer team and also teaches in her church's children's ministry. Additionally, throughout her time at MSU, she has volunteered for the Little Bobcat Track program.
Teresa lives in Belgrade with her husband and three children. She loves staying active with her family by participating in a variety of sports, hiking, rafting, and camping.
